On placing an order you are entering a contract between yourself and Tracey Smith.
You agree that you will pay for all items ordered and I agree to send you the said order within the time scale stated.
If you are sending a cheque or wish to make a Bank Transfer then the order will be sent on payment being cleared. Please bear in mind that a standard cheque takes 5 days to clear so your order will not be sent until your bank clears the cheque.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order then you can return the order within 5 days of receiving it for a full refund.
If in the unfortunate event an item is delivered damaged then please contact me straight away and I can then begin to arrange for the item to be sent back to me and either a replacement sent or a full refund given. I will cover postage costs.
